Shipping Policy
Another benefit of shopping with SaChasi is that UK standard shipping is always free when your order is over £20! To maintain this bonus feature, we aim to have your orders reach you within 2-3 working days from notification of dispatch. However, in the event that you require something shipped more promptly, please choose the 1st class delivery option.
The rest of the EU is subject to a small delivery fee which is calculated by order price. However, all orders over £60 are free and aim to be delivered within 3-5 working days from notification of shipment.
All U.S. and further World Zone orders are calculated by order price (orders over £100 are free) and aim to be delivered within 6-7 working days from notification of shipment.
Please note that this timescale follows the Royal Mail's general guideline. Sometimes, however, delivery can take a little longer than usual, especially over peak seasons such as Christmas (or if there are any unexpected events that disrupt the postal service). Any queries on your order must be sent to us directly.
Return & Exchange Policy
The ultimate aim of SaChasi is to provide an enriching tea experience. If you do not find this to be the case with your order and wish to discuss a return/refund/exchange, it is best to liaise with our customer service team. Please get in touch with us via our "Contact" page and we'll aim to sort out the problem as swiftly as possible.
Please note to be eligible for a return, your tea must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 14 days of the purchase being made. Anything outside this time frame no longer applies. Opened tea cannot be returned. If your tea remains saleable, you will need to present your receipt of the product as proof of purchase (order number) to then proceed with a return. As all items are ordered online, please be aware that we do not cover the cost to return these items back to us.
